Is the equipment on your website what we should expect when we arrive?
Yes, the equipment that we advertise is the same brand and similar model that we carry in our inventory. Colors and patterns may vary. We don't believe in surprises when it comes to baby gear.

How do I place an order?
We can take orders by phone, email or by our submit form.

How far in advance should I reserve?
It is recommended to reserve your dates to secure your rentals especially over Peak holiday times. We offer a flexible 48 hour cancellation policy. We've done our best year after year to increase our inventory to accommodate increasing demand and last minute request.

Do you deliver?
Yes, we can delivery and pick up your rental items. Please refer to our Delivery section for a list of areas. Please contact us for a quote.

Can you install car seats?
We cannot install the car seats due to liability. Each car seat includes an installation manual attached under the seat. If you prefer a professional installing your car seat, we can put you in touch with a CPS Certified car seat installer.
The local firehall and RCMP can also assist with car seat installation.

Is there a minimum rental period?
We request a minimum 3 day rental for most items. If you require a rental item for one day, that can be arranged. However, a minimum fee will apply.

What is your cancellation policy?
We offer a flexible 48 hour cancellation policy. Same day orders and cancellations are accepted.

What if I'm not satisfied with the rentals provided?
Please contact us immediately if any of our equipment is not to your satisfaction. We will provide a replacement item or gladly refund your money.

How do I know that your equipment is safe and clean?
Clean, safe and quality baby equipment is important to us. We thoroughly sanitize and inspect our equipment before and after each rental with eco friendly, hypo-allergenic, dye free detergents and cleaners. We are alerted of any product recalls and remove them from our inventory immediately.
